Over the weekend Grace Lore MLA for Beacon-Hill Victoria spread false claims about Pierre Poilievre attending a so-called “white supremacist convoy”.
The convoy Grace Lore is referring to was the Freedom Convoy that took place in the nations capital Ottawa in February for 3 weeks.
Hundreds of thousands of Canadians flooded the city off and on for 3 weeks protesting against the federal vaccine covid mandates.
There was a lot hoaxes spread online. The chair of Canadas ant-hate group Brian Faber spread misinformation about antisemitic fkyers found on telephone poles, a allegation the Freedom Convoy was funded by terrorists and there was a mass murder arson plot.
This dude on youtube even went white Supremacist hunting.
He traveled by car 2 hours from his home to the Freedom Convoy to find these so-called white supremacists because mainstream media and politicians kept announcing on tv Ottawa was full of white Supremacists at parliament hill calling itself the Freedom Convoy.
Not a single white Supremacist in sight.
