Vancouver police investigate after historic Gastown steam clock damaged

Vancouver Police released in a statement pictures started circulating around social media of the damaged tourist attraction at the corner of Cambie and Water streets.

Vancouver Police Forensic Identification Unit was dispatched on Sunday morning to gather evidence to see if someone initially damaged the clock.

Police are requesting for witnesses to come forward with and information that could help with the investigation and security video is being gathered from the area.
