If you weren’t able to the Freedom rally in Victoria, B.C. Legislator last week you missed a speech by Former Premier of Newfoundland Brian Peckford, the last living contributors to writing the 1982 Charter in Canada.

The rallies began in response to the federal Government’s authoritarian vaccine mandates for Canadian cross-border essential workers. Part of these measures was a unscientific vaccine passport for truckers to avoid quarantine after returning to Canada before they can work again.
