Man Still Wanted In Connection To Last Summers Stranger Assaults

A man in connection to a random stranger assault against three women last summer is still wanted by police.

Andrew Kim Jack, 51, has been charged with with indecent act and assault with a weapon. He is charged for a series of incidents that took place downtown on August 29, 2022. He allegedly flashed his penis at a woman and assaulted two others.

Andrew Kim Jack was released on bail but failed to show up at the court house and the police are asking for the public to call if they see him. His whereabouts are currently unknown.

Anyone who sees Andrew Kim Jack, or knows his whereabouts, is asked to contact their local police agency.

Kim has a history with the justice system dating all the way back to 2001. Most of the charges appear to be theft, fraud,  Breach of undertaking or recognizance and Breach of Probation Order.
