Man in Vancouver out on warning of a serious public safety risk is back in jail 24 hours later

Only 24 bours after being released from police custody a man deemed a serious public safety risk is now back in police custody.

Vancouver Police say officers were patrolling the area of Burrard and Pender Street Saturday afternoon when they observed Flores-Bebington breaching one of his court-ordered bail conditions.

Florse-Bebington was re-arrested and brought back to jail.

Bryce Michael Flores-bebinntin was out on bail pending his court appearance. where he is being charged with one count of assault and one count of uttering threats in relation to an incident that occurred in Vancouver on October 2, 2022

He is also charged with two counts of sexual assault in relation to incidents that occurred on July 6 and July 7, 2022 in Vancouver.

He remains in custody pending his next court date.
