As part of the on-going investigation, West Kelowna RCMP officers executed a search warrant at a hotel in the 1500-block area of Highway 33 in Kelowna on March 10, 2022. Police officers with the Kelowna RCMP Target Team and Southeast District Critical Incident Program (SED-CIP), Emergency Response Team also assisted in the search. A man and woman were arrested without incident and the investigation has been submitted to the Public Prosecution Service of Canada for consideration of charges.
