At around 3 a.m., Mounties were dispatched to a Surrey warming centre on King George Boulevard, just north of 105A Avenue, according to a mounties news release. They discovered two people with what appeared to be gunshot wounds when they arrived.

Both were brought to the hospital with minor injuries and have since been released.

nvestigators don’t think the shooting is connected to the Lower Mainland gang conflict.
