Two people arrested, firearms seized at Pigeon Avenue

Williams Lake RCMP have arrested two people and seized two firearms in connection with this investigation.

On Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 2:36 AM, Williams Lake RCMP were called to the scene of an early morning incident involving a firearm. Two people, one man and one woman, were arrested in connection with the active investigation.

Emergency Response Team (ERT) from Prince George were called and are enroute to the scene. Police have set up containment at a home, as it is believed others involved, are in the residence.

“We would like to thank the public for their cooperation during this stressful period,” said S/Sgt Del Byron, Operations NCO Williams Lake RCMP.

The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time. More details may be released as they become available, according to RCMP
