Surrey RCMP inform the public of Man Shot in Guildford residence

The Surrey RCMP have said a male was shot in a Surrey residents.

On March 10th, 2022 at 11:30 PM Surrey RCMP had calls reporting guns shots were firedin the area of 14100 and 104th Avenue. When police arrived on scene they found a suffering to what they say are gun shot wounds.

No arrests were made and there is no details about any suspects. Surrey RCMP General Investigations Unit were in the area collecting evidence to conduct an investigation, including CCTV footage.

The investigation is still in the early stages and a motive has not been determined.

The Surrey RCMP have said this incident does look to be a targeted shooting but they do not believe it is in connection to the Lower Mainland Gang conflict.
