Man shot in North Delta, possibly related to Lower Mainland gang conflict

On November 3, 2022, just after 11:10 p.m., Delta Police officers responded to a gunshot in North Delta’s 11700 block of 92A Avenue. Officers discovered a male who had sustained significant injuries in the incident. He has been taken to the hospital for medical attention.

According to police, this was a targeted shooting and appeared to be connected to the Lower Mainland Gang Conflict and there is no ongoing threat to the general public from this incident.

Surrey RCMP and the Delta Police are investigating a burned-out car that was found in the Bridgeview area and is thought to be related to the shooting in Delta.

Investigators are searching for eyewitnesses and any security footage of the incident. Police say if you have information regarding this shooting, or surveillance or dash camera video from the area, please contact the Delta Police at (604)946-4411 and reference TIP file number 2022-25030.
