Coquitlam RCMP appeal to public for video or witnesses to shooting

Police are asking for anyone who witnessed a shooting in the 2600 block of Davies Avenue, Port Coquitlam, to call the non-emergency line and help police with their investigation.

The shooting happened at approximately 9:52pm on August 18, 2022. No one was injured as a result of this shooting, but police are looking for more witnesses and, in particular, anyone who might have dashcam or surveillance video of any vehicles or people in the area at the time.

Police are working hard to determine the motive of this shooting, and information will be updated as the investigation progresses.
