Twitter has interfered with elections, confirmed by Elon Musk

On Wednesday, Elon Musk confirmed that Twitter has influenced elections.

He responded to a Reuters report on Musk’s decision to allow free speech on Twitter by saying “The obvious reality, as long-time users know, is that Twitter has failed in trust & safety for a very long time and has interfered in elections. Twitter 2.0 will be far more effective, transparent and even-handed.”

“The Twitter Files on free speech suppression soon to be published on Twitter itself. The public deserves to know what really happened…”  Musk announce on his Twitter platform only a few days ago

It has long been assumed that Twitter influenced the 2020 US general election for president by suppressing and censoring the New York Post’s explosive exposure on information gathered from Hunter Biden’s laptop about shady foreign business dealings and influence peddling.

Polling later revealed that this censorship did have an impact on the election, with voters saying they might not have chosen Joe Biden if they had been aware of the reports of influence peddling in the Biden family. As a result, Musk vowed to release the internal Twitter conversations that were held in 2020 regarding this censorship. In recent weeks, mainstream media have confirmed this information.
