Two people injured in shooting while suspect still at large.
Coquitlam RCMP responded to reports of a shooting at 565 Clarke Rd on the evening of June 18, 2022.
When the police arrived on scene the found a man and a woman suffering from gun shot wounds. They victim were taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries according to police. The suspect has not yet been identified and still on the run.
This is the fourth known shooting of 2022 in Coquitlam to date.
The investigation is still in its infancy and the motive of the shooting is not yet known.
